Anita has worked in the Lankenau, Paoli, Phoenixville, Pottstown and Valley Forge area for almost 30 years. She has worked in adult medicine since 1997 and wound care and plastics since 2000.

Specialized in non-invasive, non-surgical procedures that enhance an individuals appearance and minimize age related concerns. These concerns include skin imperfections, such as; fine lines, wrinkles, skin texture changes, pigmentation, age spots, broken blood vessels, telangiectasia, hair, spider veins, laxity and atrophy.
Along with age concerns she has had many satisfied acne and rosacea patients.

Aleva Parker is a passionate and experienced aesthetic nurse provider, specializing in injectables such as fillers, toxins, and biostimulants, along with PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin), medical weight loss, laser treatments, and advanced skincare. With a career dedicated to aesthetic medicine, Aleva is committed to continuous education and training, always staying at the forefront of the latest techniques to ensure her patients receive the highest level of care and achieve outstanding, natural looking results.
After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Duquesne University, Aleva began her career in Northern Virginia, where she gained invaluable experience in plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine. This allowed her to refine her surgical skills, master patient care, and develop expertise in injectable and aesthetic treatments. Aleva’s passion is helping her patients feel confident, beautiful, and empowered, while promoting the importance of maintaining healthy, glowing skin.
Originally from Ocean City, NJ, Aleva now calls Rittenhouse Square her home. She is excited to offer her expertise to patients at both our Bryn Mawr location and our second location at the Jason Matthew Salon on 17th and Chestnut in the heart of the city.
Outside of work, Aleva enjoys exploring Philadelphia’s vibrant culinary scene, staying active through running and fitness classes, and spending quality time with her friends and family at the shore.

Ashley is a dynamic figure in the beauty industry, renowned for her dedication to helping others feel beautiful inside and out. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Forensic Criminal Justice and initially pursuing her dream of becoming a prosecutor, she made a bold career shift in 2012 by attending The Rizzieri Aveda Institute of Aesthetics in New Jersey. This transformative journey led to the founding of The Bronzed Bee, located just off Rittenhouse Square—a perfect blend of her passion for aesthetics and business savvy.
In 2019, Ashley took on the role of Institute Director at The Jean Madeline Aveda Institute in Philadelphia, further solidifying her impact in the field. Currently, she serves as the Practice Director, Marketing Director & Aesthetics Director at Skincredible, where she continues to inspire others – while wearing many hats!
Her work has garnered not only recognition, but multiple awards from esteemed publications, including Allure Magazine, Best of Philly, GPhilly, and InStyle Magazine, Philly Style and Vogue. Ashley holds numerous certifications in Aesthetics (PA and NJ), Medical Aesthetics, Buccal Massage, Microblading, Eyelash Extensions, Advanced Waxing, and Lymphatic Drainage. She is also an active member of The Allied Beauty Experts.
She is excited to share her expertise with patients at both Skincredible locations – Bryn Mawr and in the heart of Center City at Jason Matthew Salon.
Her philosophy centers on the belief that when people look good, they feel good, which empowers them to approach the world with positivity.
Dr. James Doghramji, MD is a board-certified Internal Medicine Specialist. Dr. Doghramji received his undergraduate degree from Ursinus College, graduating magna cum laude. He received his MD from Jefferson Medical College, completing residencies in both Internal Medicine (Abington Memorial Hospital) and Anesthesiology (Temple University Hospital).
Over the past 30 years, Dr. Doghramji has served as an Attending Physician at a number of area hospitals including Reading Community General Hospital (Emergency Medicine), Chestnut Hill Hospital (Emergency and Internal Medicine), St. Agnes Hospital (Emergency Medicine) and Lewistown Hospital (Emergency Medicine). Additionally, he has served as Medical Director for multiple ambulance companies in the Great Philadelphia area.
In addition to his work at Skincredible, Dr. Doghramji maintains a busy, private Internal Medicine practice near his home in Horsham, PA.

Shay, as our beloved patients call her, brings her experience in Medical Executive administration and functions to our practice. With over a decade of being in operations in various medical specialities settings, Shay brings her compassion and care to the forefront with every patient.
Originally from South Africa, Shay earned her Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Management. Now residing in the Mainline with her family, she considers this vibrant community her home. Shay loves to travel, seeking out diverse cultural and culinary experiences with her family. In her spare time, she enjoys long walks through the picturesque suburbs of the Mainline. Her friendly smile and warm demeanor embody the values we strive for here at Skincredible.
